In early 2009, Kelly founded Powered By Intention, a Coaching Consultancy designed to educate, motivate, and inspire people to build optimal health and wellness, identify their life’s true purpose and achieve the life of their dreams. Kelly believes that when we decide to build optimal health in our lives, live on purpose and align our dreams with our purpose, no dream is too big or too small. Whatever dream we can envision, we can absolutely create!

My mission is to create a sacred space for those who are in pain and feel empty, to heal, inspiration for those who seek deeper meaning in their lives, and teach people how to connect with a trusted source to help facilitate and empower a community of change makers.

Dream Coach -
I believe that everyone has a purpose to discover and a dream waiting to be achieved. Everyone wants a life filled with meaning and passion but not everyone is experiencing this in their lives. Many dreams go unanswered, many passions go untapped. I am committed to living my life in alignment with my purpose so I can best discover and achieve my dreams.

Dream Coach Group Leader -
The Dream Coach group program provides a workbook with a proven 5 session plan that has helped thousands of people define their purpose and achieve their dreams. Small and large group training available, allowing each member to work in a safe environment with both coaching and group support.

Health & Wellness Coach -
In order to create the life of your dreams and live on purpose, the most successful journey starts with health and wellness. There are a list of challenges that make a healthy lifestyle seem like a job instead of a joy. I am skilled at helping and inspiring clients to develop daily habits of health that when practiced, build and support optimal health and wellness in your life and in the life of your family.
