Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect both our schedules:
- Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full lesson rate.
- Illness or emergencies will be handled with understanding — please communicate as soon as possible.
- Students may reschedule within the same week if availability allows.
No-Show Policy
If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson and has not communicated beforehand, the lesson is charged in full.
