About Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a gentle practice of deep listening—a sacred space to slow down, reflect, and explore your relationship with the Divine, however you understand it. It’s not about being taught or fixed, but about being accompanied as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and notice the quiet movement of Spirit in your life.
This practice is for anyone seeking meaning, peace, or a deeper sense of connection, especially during times of transition, questioning, or longing for stillness. Sessions may include silence, reflection, conversation, or prayer, all held with care, confidentiality, and trust. I completed a three-year formation program in the Art of Spiritual Direction through Wellstreams in Columbus, Ohio, where I received extensive training in contemplative listening, discernment, and spiritual companionship. My role is to walk beside you as a compassionate listener and witness to your unfolding path, offering presence, encouragement, and the sacred gift of attention.

MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY
My path to spiritual direction has been shaped by a lifetime of seeking — through music, creativity, and the healing arts. Long before I completed my three-year formation in the Art of Spiritual Direction through Wellstreams in Columbus, Ohio, I was learning the language of Spirit through rhythm, reflection, and the honest work of transformation. As a performer, writer, and teacher, I’ve spent decades exploring how sound, silence, and storytelling open doorways to the soul.
The Wellstreams program deepened what life had already begun teaching me: that Spirit moves uniquely within each of us, and that healing often begins when someone truly listens. My training in contemplative listening, discernment, and spiritual companionship gave structure and sacred grounding to what has always been my calling — to help others hear their own inner music and rediscover the Divine within.
Today, I bring together a rich blend of experience — from the stage to the meditation cushion, from personal healing work to guiding others — to create a compassionate space for spiritual growth. My role is not to instruct but to accompany, to witness your unfolding path with presence and care. Whether through conversation, silence, writing, or sound, I help you listen more deeply to your life and to the sacred voice that is always calling you home.
